Really effective!
This brush works really well on my long haired border collie! Collects heaps of fur. Unfortunately it does pull a little on knots, I bought all three of the essential dog brushes and use them in combination! I recommend brushing out the knots first with the hard bristles on the two-sided brush and then using this deshedding brush!

Works Well
Happy to have found a grooming tool that isn't plastic! Happy with the quality, removes hair quite well. Using on a medium length, double coat, in-between brushes. Great at removing those clumpy bits of undercoat that otherwise take a few goes with a regular brush to tackle.

Works well on my large wolfhound x. She is so smooth now and it has reduced her shedding heaps. She absolutely loves and could sit there all day while I brush her.

I have a short haired staffy and trying to brush her and reduce the dropped hairs have been difficult. This gets the hairs soo well !

Smooth dog
My long haired chihuahua is so smooth and shiny after combing him with this comb. I was very gentle because it can pull on knots as you start. Slow, careful combing on a little dog is best. It removed a lot of hair.

I have a short haired German Shepherd and she doesn't mind it. It definitely works to shed all her shedding hair.

I use these on my Flemish Giant rabbits and it works really well to remove some of their really thick fur. They don't seem to mind the feeling either
