Shampoo: Wet your dog thoroughly, apply 1/2-1 pump (1-2mls for a medium sized dog) and gently massage into the torso & neck. Use 1/4-1/2 pump on each leg. Rinse thoroughly. If you have not used our products before, only use half the amount of shampoo you normally use as this is a premium product. Safe to use on all pets (except cats) with essential oil content at <1%. If you use more than we recommend your dog will be safe as this is a natural and ultra mild formula compliant with the human cosmetic safety standards of EU Cosmetics Directive (6th Amendment) and APVMA.
Conditioner & Deodoriser: Spray several times 10-20 cm onto a wet or dry coat. No need to rinse. Avoid eyes. Can be used to assist brushing and detangling.
My dog has sensitive skin. Is this product suitable?
Yes. In fact all of our shampoos and conditioners are suitable. They're ultra gentle and formulated specifically for sensitive dogs and will not lead to skin irritations.
How often should I bath my dog?
A normal, healthy adult dog should be bathed no more than once a fortnight. Over-bathing dogs, including those with sensitive skin can strip the natural oils that protect the skin and can lead to skin irritations and itching.

We love this product. Would not use any other brand. My dog had a skin allergy that seemed to be exacerbated by a well know, vet recommended shampoo. Have been using the Sensitive Shampoo and Conditioner for 3 years now and see no reason to change. Great smelling product, it leaves my dog's fur soft and shiny.

Great
My dog hates baths, and still does, but baths are a bit easier knowing the shampoo & conditioner is a calming and natural product. She smells lovely and was really fluffy after using this. I've used a different blend from this brand before and this is our favourite so far.

It makes white fur, so white, smells beautiful, I highly recommend this product.

Smelling beautiful
This shampoo is one of the best products I have used on my dog. He's a sharpei with sensitive skin and when I used this product he's fine with it and smells so beautiful. Thank you for a excellent product

My Amstaff smells and looks wonderful!
I have been using the shampoo ever since adopting my dog (Dec2018) and he always smells amazing! It does miracles for his skin, keeps him from itching and getting irritable. As staffys are known to get irritable/itchy skin. I just ran out of the shampoo and purchased the twin pack with the conditioner as well. I highly recommend using the conditioner after washing with the shampoo. My Amstaffs coat is so slik and smooth . The best he has ever looked!

Sensitive Shampoo
I have just replaced the original sample pack. the shampoo is work well, but it is a bit difficult/stiff to pump out, my current dog is a Lagotto Romagnolo with plenty of hair to lather up. previously we had Great Danes which required a quick splash from the bottle. I would prefer a flip top bottle. the contents are great both the Shampoo & Conditioner work well and smell beautiful........days latter

For the freshest-smelling dogs in town
I love the Chamomile, sweet orange and rosewood shampoo and conditioner. After buying the sample pack, I decided on this chamomile one because it is for sensitive skins. They all smell wonderful but for my brand new hydrobath business, that sweet orange smell is the winner! It lathers well and feels great to use.
