Shampoo & Conditioner Contains: Distilled water, certified organic chamomile, comfrey, calendula, burdock root, horsetail, kakadu plum & nettle extracts, pro vitamin B5, certified organic vegetable glycerine, mixed tocopherols (pure vitamin e), bisabolol natural (concentrated chamomile derivative), soya oil, decyl glucoside (Eco Cert Approved), 100% pure and unadulterated anthemis nobilis (roman chamomile), citrus sinensis (sweet orange) and aniba rosaeodora (rosewood) essential oil. Safe to use on dogs and horses with essential oil content at <1%.
Dermal Scratch Spray Contains: Distilled water, certified organic calendula extract, vitamin e natural, certified organic aloe vera leaf juice powder, 100% pure and unadulterated essential oils of lavender and tea tree (<0.05%)
Shampoo: Wet your dog thoroughly, apply 1/2-1 pump (1-2mls for a medium sized dog) of the shampoo and gently massage into the torso & neck for a minute. Use 1/4-1/2 pump on each leg. Rinse thoroughly. If you have not used our products before, only use half the amount of shampoo you normally use as this is a premium product. If you use more than we recommend your dog will be safe as this is a natural and ultra mild formula compliant with the safety standards of EU Cosmetics Directive (6th Amendment) and APVMA.
Conditioner: Spray onto a wet or dry coat after bathtime. Can be used to assist brushing and detangling. Dermal Scratch: Part the hair and spray directly onto the skin for best results.
My dog has sensitive skin. Is this product suitable?
Yes. Our shampoo is ultra gentle and formulated specifically for sensitive dogs and will not lead to skin irritation
Can I use human shampoo on my dog?
No.Using a human shampoo (pH 4.8-5.8 acidic) on your dog can interrupt the dermal acid mantle making it susceptible to fungus, bacteria and yeast which can cause skin irritations and itching. A shampoo specifically formulated for dogs should have a pH of 6.8 to 7.5 (alkaline)
How often should I bath my dog?
A normal, healthy adult dog should be bathed no more than once a fortnight. Over-bathing dogs, including those with sensitive skin can strip the natural oils that protect the skin and can lead to skin irritations and itching.
When should I use this product?
You can use this product any time of the day or night, after rolling in the grass or after a walk.
How do I apply the Dermal Scratch Spray?
Part the hair and spray several sprays directly onto the skin. Allow it to absorb into the skin. Blowing on the area once you've applied it to your dog will help it absorb quicker. If your dog licks it off, please spray the area again and distract your dog so the product can soak in.
What if my dog licks off the Conditioner or Dermal Scratch Spray?
This product is formulated to be safe if your dog licks it off.

Wonderful Product
take my dogs in the shower with me - I'm going to get wet anyway so we may as well all get wet together. Loved the smell of the shampoo, not too heavy and very fresh, which lathered up really well. Also liked the fact that the conditioner doesn't have to be rinsed out as 3 dogs is quite a big job. Within a few hours of washing, all three had stopped scratching. Several days later and the 2 maltese are losing their "pink" feet from constant licking. I sprayed the scratch spray on Harry's tummy (he has a grass allergy and is low to the ground so suffers quite badly from time to time) - less than a week later it's all healed up. All in all, I'm very impressed. Having tried all kinds of products over the years, nothing has ever worked this fast or this completely so we've found our "forever" products. Thank you :)

GREAT PRODUCT
My puppy has sensitive skin and is always scratching but this shampoo has hepled and the spray on conditioner leaves his coat shinny. These products are great

Sensitive Shampoo, conditioner and dermal spray - what a relief
Our corgi has been back and forth to the vet for skin problems in the last 12 months however nothing has given him relief. When the box arrived and i opened it he was at my feet with nose in air smelling it. He had his first bath (shampoo and conditioner )and he just had such a look of relief on his face. He loves the Dermal spray and will come to me as soon as i pick up the bottle. He has not scratched since we put this on. Thanks so much for such a great and natural product. We will definitely purchase again when needed

Fantastic Product
My dog has sensitive skin and allergies. I have tried so many natural shampoos in the hopes of helping my staffie and these products are by fat the best! My staffie no longer itches after her bath. The itch spray is also fantastic as I use it on her after she goes to the park and gets itchy. I am overjoyed to have discovered these natural products and will be returning for more. Itching
I have found these products to be the best I have used on my dog. She suffers from itching where she is or was constantly biting and scratching. After using these products her decreased from a 10 to about a 2 or even less.
